Strategic Project Leadership in the Age of AI
Course Overview
Strategic Project Leadership in the Age of AI is a 30-hour online course designed for mid- to senior-level professionals seeking to enhance their leadership and project management capabilities in complex, fast-changing environments.
The course consists of six live online sessions (each 1.5 hours) and three asynchronous, collaborative assignments.
Main Goal of the Course
The overall goal of this workshop is to empower project leaders to shape the future of work by applying strategic agility, AI-driven insights, and adaptive leadership—turning uncertainty into opportunity and ensuring sustainable project success.
Course Outcomes
Students will be able to;
- Architect and justify a value-driven project business case that defines its outputs, outcomes, and impact within a VUCA context. 
- Design a change management plan integrated to the selected project. 
- Demonstrate agile leadership behaviors to guide teams effectively through uncertainty. 
- Apply AI tools to enhance project outcomes and support/guide teams through the AI transition, addressing reskilling needs. 
- Students will support and empower peers through constructive feedback and collaborative reflection. 
Course Requirements
This course builds on a foundational understanding of project management principles. Participants are expected to be familiar with the key knowledge areas—such as scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management—as well as the main project management processes. These include developing a project charter, defining objectives, and preparing a high-level project plan.
A basic grasp of these concepts will help participants engage more effectively with the course content, which focuses on applying modern and agile approaches to create greater project value. Those who feel less experienced in these areas may wish to review introductory project management resources before starting the course.

Hi, I'm Doğan Aral. I am an instructor and consultant specialized in project, portfolio, program, and change management.
The diverse roles and responsibilities I have taken on in the field and office environments have enabled me to grasp the role of project management in the business ecosystem and specialize in this field.
My career as a mechanical engineer evolved into a project manager, instructor, and consultant.
I enjoy sharing the experience and knowledge I have accumulated throughout my long career and being part of efforts that turn ideas into value.
